IT Specialist
- Assigned to IT Security @ BCA Syariah as part of BCA’s strategic initiative to strengthen its subsidiaries.
- Led a comprehensive security assessment of on-prem and cloud core banking database environments and Always On database environment followed by identifying risk exposures to strengthen data protection, compliance, and system resilience.
- Monitored and analyzed avg. of 1,800 daily transactions to identify and escalate potential fraud transactions, while supporting the transition of the Fraud Detection System (FDS) from vendor-managed to in-house operations.
- Developed an internal SSL certificate management system to centrally track assets, monitor validity, and automate renewal reminders, reducing outage and security risks.
- Built an offline-capable SCA application with automated PDF reporting to enhance visibility of third-party component risks and support secure software development practices.
- Conducted internal pentests, including: gold ATM middleware, SNAP API.

Data & Digital Intern

- Developed Power BI dashboards for multiple departments' omnichannel engagement initiative, integrating and transforming data from diverse sources (AWS Redshift, Salesforce/Veeva, SharePoint) to visualize business-related KPIs.
- Streamlined and automated critical business processes across multiple departments by building custom solutions with low-code tools, significantly reducing manual effort.
- Assisted a multi-channel digital adoption campaign for an internal Generative AI chatbot, producing engaging use-case videos and communication materials.
IT Security Intern
- Spearheaded a Ji Koutei Kanketsu (JKK) initiative that cut CSIRT incident remediation SLAs through a standardized workflow, automating ticketing across three regional centers (R-SOC, R-CSIRT, R-EDR) with Power Automate, email parsing, and GPT.
- Built an interactive Power BI dashboard to visualize ticket volume, status, severity, and resolution times, and formalized the process by authoring comprehensive SOPs.
- Assisted documentation and evidence gathering for the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 surveillance audit, resulting in 0 non-conformities and 1 Opportunity for Improvement (OFI).
